Pay your Water bill

As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient and convenient services, the City of Conover has partnered with a new online utility bill payment system. This new billing system enables customers to view accounts and usage, pay bills, submit service requests, and manage multiple utility billing accounts.

Water bill payments are due on the 10th of each month and are considered late after the 26th of each month. You will receive a late fee of $30, and service will be disconnected on the 27th of each month if your bill is not paid in full.

Use the Online Payment System

Go to the new utility billing portal, then click Quick Pay.  Online bill service is subject to 3% service fee and $1.25 per transaction.

You can also register your account online to be able to view your billing, and usage, and select options for paying your utility bill like text to pay.  All customers are encouraged to create an account to take advantage of new services and information related to your account.

Payment through Financial Institutions

Payments can also be made online through your bank, provided they offer this service. When using this method, please note that your banking center must physically generate a check and mail it to us on your behalf. We recommend you allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery by this method.
